 Nutra LLC, is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products purchased online through our website www.storenutra.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please review the conditions and steps below for returns.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be returned unused or used but in good condition, preferably in the original packaging.
• All product returns must include any related paperwork, promotional items, or accessories received with the product.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except when the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Returns by Mail

To return an item by mail, please follow these steps:

        1. Repackage the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.

        2. Include a copy of the purchase receipt, order confirmation email, or any other proof of purchase.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the product was damaged or defective.
• Allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once received.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
• Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return has been processed.

Promotions and Special Offers

If your purchase was part of a promotion or included a gift, all promotional items must be returned along with the product to ensure a full refund. If promotional items are not returned, Nutra LLC reserves the right to deduct the value of the promotional items from the refund.

Exceptions

• Gift Cards and Promotional Codes are non-refundable.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for returns through Nutra LLC.
